Iphone 5 In car charging and Audio out without volume loss

I have 2 issies, known faulty Apple charging lead that refused to come out of the USB sockets, Apple should to all users supply a free replacement, so that 2 for me as I bought two phones new!!

Secondly I want a car holder which allow the phone via the new cable type to let the music be imported into the car AUX port, and also charge the phone.

I had no problems wtih my 3GS, but the 5 is turning out to be a right pain in the ......

Apple got the change to this new cable type completely wrong with the drop of the video out as well.

I expect a helpfully reply Apple or I will changing to a Samsung!!!!
