why i can't slide my iphone 5 to unlock screen

hi

can't somebody help me..

today i can't slide to unlock my iphone 5 screen or do anything on my phone event pick up the call.

it happend cause there's notification on my phone from icloud and it can't be removed.

i try to sync etc. but it not help.

please help me..
