I use siri and ask her a question and she sayys, "Do you want me to search the web" but after i say "yes" she says," I figured that" and then nothing happens,
I am not wifi and can search on my own but through using the app.

I have the exact same problem. Siri seems to hang up after I reply, "yes," to her question, "Do you want me to search the web?" It's nice to know that is what Siri. . . "thought," but why doesn't she follow through? I can manually go to the web by hitting Siri's "Search the Web" button, but that seems counterproductive in Siri's hands free world. Any thoughts on how to fix this?
I was having the same problem. I went into settings-general-restrictions and turned Safari 'on'. That fixed my problem.
What does enable restrictions actually do?

I'm not EXACTLY sure, but it seems to be another set of safeguards or layers of security.
The best way to search on the internet using your voice is with the Google App. You'll love it.
