Are you really on 10.2.x Jaguar?

If you're up for a bit of investment in time, wiping it, reinstalling the OS from scratch as well as programs is about the ultimate in terms of cleanup. Short of that, it totally depends on what is causing your mac to be slow. It may just need more ram...or your hard drive may be nearly full or perhaps it actually needs to be defragged. more information is needed to know what approach you need to take.
