Macbook pro 2012 wakes up from hibernation after long charge

Hey,

I am having the following problem with my new Macbook Pro 13 inch (mid-2012):

Everything was working great until one day when I plugged a bluetooth headset via usb and ran it on Windows 7 via Paralles 7.

When i plugged the usb device, the computer crashed and restarted. Since that incident, every morning, after a full chrage, when i open the lid, the computer awakes from a hibernation (i hear the mechanical sound of the computer starting and the log-in screen appears).

1. If i do not chrage the computer, this does not happen.

2. This happends only when the computer is being chraged over a long period of time (longer then 3 hours) and appears when i open the lid/unplug the megasafe.

3. I searched the entire web for a simillar incident, but nothing was found. including parallels forums.

4. i tried to reset SMC - no luck there..

I'm really hoping this is not a hardware failure and im trying to rule that out.

Any ideas?

Jon.
