Any solution for ios6 problem with Beats wireless?

Still having probs with 3 devices operating IOS6 and trying to use with Beats wireless.

Never had probs before IOS6.

Still have an old iPod touch on IOS4 with no issues whatsoever.

Music skips and cuts out.

Movies have audio and video out of sync.

I've contacted Apple and Beats(on the basis that whilst it may not be their problem they might have a vested interest in sorting it) and no solution yet.....Apple seem to be oblivious to it...

Anyone got any ideas?

Have tried the whole de- pairing and re-pairing as well as resetting the phones but nothing works.....it needs an update surely?
