Question mark on start up

My Mac fell down on the ground by a terrible accident :/ Since then I can only see the question mark folder after the start up.

When I try to safe boot holding the option key, only mouse arrow appears on the gray screen.

Is there something I can do or does this mean the end for my hardware?

I need my Mac and I don't have money for the new one :(
