My Logic Studio is 6 years old and my new (2011) iMac OSX Lion will says PowerPC applications will not install. If I cannot re-install from my disks, what options do I have? My root problem is: I just migrated to a new iMac and the serial # won't take.

My Logic Studio serial number is not accepted on my new iMac after migrating.

I assume the hardware profile is not matching.

My disks are 6 years old, so trying to install, OSX Lion says it doesn't support PowerPC apps!

What are my options here to remedy?

Appreciate any help!

Logic Studio, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)
