iTunes Stop error -5000

When i go to check my Server itunes library for availible downloads it comes over to the downloads with the availble items to be downloaded and then a few seconds later it reads..

stopped (err = -5000)

anyone with this same issue and that had figured it out?

i am running iTunes 11.0.1
