I am having issues with the Consumer Cellular network. I cannot connect to the internet and am not allowed to reconfigure on my iPhone 4s.

And what did your carrier say about it when you contacted them?
Initial response did not provide a fix. Waiting for call back.

We have a 4s, 5 and 5s with iOS 7.04 and Consumer Cellular now has APN + a carrier update that will offer MMS = picture messaging
