I bought a movie on iTunes the other day. The movie plays fine on my computer and on the AppleTV. But it will not sync to my iPod Touch or iPhone. When I tried to convert the Movie by using File -> Create New Version -> Create iPod or iPhone Version. I only got an error message: Error occured while converting the file "<Movie Name>". an unknown error occurred (-4).Any suggestion on the meaning of the error and how to correct it?
