my iphone wont disconnect from a phone call

I recently got a replacement for my iphone 5. When i am on the phone it will not hang up while I am using without a bluetooth. When I use the bluetooth, it hangs up just fine because it is geting shut off by the headset. But if using without it will not allow me to hang up using the touch screen.
