Q: Upgrading iTunes Error

Hi,

 

I cannot instal the 10.6.3 version of iTunes.

I have updated all the software on my Mac.

The Error reads: Run pre upgrade script and to contact my software manufacturer??

 

Does anyone know what this means?

iPhone 4, Mac OS X (10.6.3)
