Share my Internet Connection with other Bluetooth Device and Bluetooth PAN MISSING

I am running OS X Lion (not Mountain) and I have been sharing my internet from my Ethernet to Bluetooth PAN. Until a couple of days ago, the Bluetooth PAN interface has gone missing and so has the Share my Internet Connection With other Bluetooth Devices.

iMac, Mac OS X (10.7.4)
