How do I Change my surcurity questions so I can download paid apps?
I want to buy an app, but forgot the security questions. How do I change them? Or download The app

WWhen I go on my app,e I'd and click on surcurity questions there is no link to sent a email to reset them
No reset link means that you don't have a rescue email address on your account, you will have to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.

If your country isn't on that page then try this form and explain and see what they reply with : https://ssl.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
When they've been reset you can then add a rescue email address for potential future use : Manage your Apple ID primary, rescue, alternate, and notification email addresses
