If you push the tiny recessed reset button momentarily (about a second) you can use AirPort Utility to configure it without requiring its password. You will then have two minutes to launch AirPort Utility and select the base station. Choose a different password and update.
If you depress it continuously until its LED flashes rapidly (three to five seconds), all its settings will be erased, requiring a full reconfiguration.
