Type Unable to restore into the search bar at the top of this page by Support and read the resulting help article. it will tell you how to put it in recovery mode.
but my phone is locked and i cant reset it, plus it says on itune that whenever i plug in my ipod a msg says that "ipod is lock cant do anything to it cause u need to unlock ipod" something like that
