Hi there, Ive bought a new laptop and installed itunes onto it. But when I try to sync my iphone with it says that it will delete everything off my phone to add what is saved on ituines on my computer - which is nothing. Ive been told that I need to manually sync to fix this problem but I can't work out how to do that either. Does anyone have any ideas??

If you still have the old computer, copy the entire iTunes folder from your old computer to your new one using one of the methods outlined here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4527. If you don't have your old computer, read here: Syncing to a "New" Computer or replacing a "crashed" Hard Drive.
