my ipad 4th turn off display and cant restart it.

when I'm using the ipad screen is turned off, I tried to reboot but could not.previous image ipad broken screen and then blue screen. I went to service center, but they said I need to contact the place I bought the ipad.

My Ipad is the Ipad 4th. Serial: DMP JK62KF18F. It's using IOS 6.0.1

Ipad 4th-OTHER, iOS 6.0.1
