My iPad is locked in portrait orientation(not by me) despite the fact that it says it is unlocked. Any suggestions?

1. Settings>General>Set Side Swith To: Rotation Lock

2. Use Side Switch to control rotation

3. Use Task Bar to control muting.

If the above doesn't work, try a reset.

Hold the Sleep and Home button down for about 10 second until you see the Apple logo.
