Q: itunes connectivity issue

Hi. i have received my iphone5 this morning. In order to setup the phone i am required to connect to itunes store. When i try connecting, it stays on the screen accessing itune store and does not go any further. i have disabled both antivirus and firewall but it did not help. I even updated my windows 7 from microsoft website and i am still have the same problem. Please help in this regard.
