I am unable to activate facetime or imessage on my iPod

The user name or password for "....@ymail.com" was incorrect. Try again.

i have tried everything

Changed my apple ID mail to 2 different e-mail addresses

reseted my iPod 3 times

tried from different wireless networks

and still i can't activate my imsg or facetime!!!!
