my ipad 3 shows this message (( this ipad hasnt been backed up in 5 weeks. Backups happen when this ipad is plugged in, locked and connected to Wifi)) and the (ok) button for some reason wont work.. as a result i cant use/tap the screen keys!! Help 😟

You might try a forced shutdown to begin with, hold down the top and home buttons together until the device shuts down, then restart it.
