My I pad iPhone and Apple TV are on the same network airplay is turned on but when I double click on the home button and slide across there is no airplay icon I've reset it restored it and it still won't work I test my network signal on it and it said it was fine any help

Are they definately on the same network or just a sub network, have you tried restarting the router.
I haven't try that but there connected to the same network ill try reset the router reset my I pad and iPhone and that was no use
some routers keep 5Ghz and 2.4Ghz wifi as 2 seperate networks unless the user bridge the 2 then
devices connected to 5Ghz can't access devices connected to 2.4Ghz
