my iphone 5 64gb cannot slide to unlock or slide to power off,touch screen not effect

My iphone 5 64 gb just have a problem today after i do some setting in setting application,there is a problem that i cannot slide to unlock the touch screen or slide to power off,never effect .i try to do factory setting through itunes but my wifi sometime seak of signal,answer my question to my email kar_tmi@yahoo.com.Please advice.
