My 13" MacBook Pro can't boot-up! When start button is depressed, the sound comes up, Apple logo appears, status wheel appears and turns then the empty status bar appears for a couple of seconds and the whole computer shuts down with a black screen.

Need help to get my MacBook Pro to boot-up. Tried installation CD but computer shuts down before CD can kick in. Can hear the CD drive spinning up but computer shuts down soon after that. Help!!
