Q: The migration assistant has been stuck on 1 hour 24 minutes remaining for about two hours. is it stuck? should I start again?

The migration assistance on both my pc and Mac has been stuck on 1 hour 24 mins remaining fot over two hours. Should I give up and start again or is this normal?
