Interrupted iCloud download

I bought an album on iTunes on my phone, but when I tried to download into my iTunes on my mac, it's like it stayed in limbo and the download never started. The songs became "unclickable" and the little download from iCloud icon appeared next to all of the songs on the album, but they just never started to download. This was a week ago, and when I went back to that album today it was exactly the same. I quit iTunes, restarted my computer, I still couldn't play any of the songs, and they hadn't magically started to download yet, so I deleted the album, thinking I could just downlod it again via iCloud... It's also the new version of iTunes, which I'm still learning how to use.

But I can't find it anywhere... And I really don't want to buy it again to have it on my computer.

Also... Just checked my phone and it's gone from there. Too.

I'm going to cry, I just want to listen to Hair.
