I have netflix and my next payment is not due till Feb 09, 2013 but I can't access netflix and asking me to come back to netflixs

What is asking you to come back to Netflix? What exactly is dispalyed? Are you seeing this on ATV?
Do you have working internet access setup? Can you access Netflix from a browser? Are any other features reporting errors on ATV? iCloud and the iTunes music store working?
