Jan 21, 2013 4:44 PMby ron4245,I am trying to login to my work server. They, our IS group, have no experience with imacs and are not sure it will access their citrix which is window based. They suggested that I try their Xenserv application. It gave me a message that my Java needed updated. I downloaded it but it when I try to install it it asks for my password. When I key it in, the drop down box wiggles - I assume it is suggesting that I have the wrong password. Even after I changed it, it still will not work.

It's asking for your OS X admin username/password. If you are logged into an admin account it's that same as you use to login to your Mac, not your password for your work server.
