App Trailers has shut down my account "suspended it" for months and they will not give me an answer as to why, I have sent them several emails and they never respond

I have installed and used "App Trailers on my iphone and about two months ago they suspended my account due to irregular activity, I have done nothing wrong and keep sending them email about this but they do not respond and still have my account on suspension. It is not fair I have points I want to redeem and they will not let me....help anyone???
