Q: I paid for and downloaded an album but two songs appear to be corrupted.  I have tried many times to use 'check for available downloads' but nothing seems to work.  These 2 tracks will not play and appear to be corrupted.  Any ideas?

I managed to download what I thought was a complete album, only to find that 2 tracks wouldn't download.  Error message appeared and it appears that the tracks in question are corrupted.  This is annoying to say the least.  Have tried to get the tracks again by checking for available downloads but no joy.  Anyone had the same problem?

    Welcome to the Apple Community.

Try deleting the problematic file (electing to remove original file if/when prompted) and then re-downloading the file from the iTunes store.

You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option from the Quick Links section in the top right corner of the iTunes homepage in your iTunes application on your computer.

You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option which is revealed in the iTunes app on your iOS device by tapping the more button at the bottom of the screen.

If the problem re-occurs, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History using your computer.
