Download Mighty Mouse Driver?

No place to download it from Apple's website. The driver can be reinstalled from the same CD it came with. If you lost the CD, call AppleCare.

I don't know if it requires the Mighty Mouse drivers to be in place or not, but there is also http://www.usboverdrive.com/

The Mighty Mouse drivers are built into Tiger. I didn't have to install anything. I believe the CD was for pre-10.4 OS versions.

I love my Mac, but I should know better than to buy anything else from Apple.

I got my Mighty Mouse when I was running OS 10.3.9. I did not read the fine print that said it was only programmable on OS 10.4.

Now I have upgraded to 10.4 and cannot find the CD. When I go to Apple to download the manual to learn how to program it, none exists. Now I find out that they won't let me download the Apple driver for their own mouse. What kind of support is that?!

Don't even get me started on how Apple abandoned my Apple Laser printer...

The latest version of Tiger should include Mighty Mouse support. It was not in the earlier versions of Tiger. Just use Software Update.

Yes, you are correct. The initial version of 10.4 did not have it. I was trying to work on Mighty Mouse while I was downloading the update.

I should try more patience.

Now how about the manual for it? I want to program the button to "Other".

Go to the "Mouse" pane of "Keyboard & Mouse" System Preference.
