fileopen won't open my files

Hi Nancy: What error do you receive when trying to open a FileOpen-protected document? Are you trying to open the document in a browser or through Adobe Reader/Acrobat?

I also cannot open files using fileopen.

I installed acrobat reader 11.0.01 and installed fileopen using the fileopen installer. The fileopen installer says installation completed successfully. When I open a file locked using fileopen, it just brings me back to safari asking me to install fileopen again. When I click on the test pdf on the fileopen site, it comes up blank.

I'm going to try to install reader v10 to see if it makes a difference.

However I'm all ears for a solution or just anything to try! 🙂

good news... I just uninstalled acrobat reader 11.0.01 and installed 10.1.4 from here

and I was able to open the fileopen docs I had.
