If you mean, you have misplaced your iPod touch -
Do you have an iCloud account, and did you set up "Find my iPhone/iPod"? You would have needed to do this prior to the loss of the device.

2) No one here would know where your ipod is.
IF you set up find my ipod on the ipod itself AND it is on AND it is connected to wi-fi AND it has not been restored, then you may be able to get an approximate street address using icloud.
Otherwise it cannot be tracked.
