First try a reset. Press the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time until the Apple logo appears. Note: No data will be lost If that fails try > iOS: Unable to update or restore

I have the same problem with my iPhone 5 64gb.  When I review the diagnostic log it recorded a "panic" and "resetlog" event for every crash and restart.

I had read on another post that the facebook app was the culprit of crashing, which may be the cause of my iphone 4s crashing.  I haven't had the facebook app installed in several months, but had the integration set up through the settings, & have since deactivated my facebook account.

I have deleted the account in settings & will see if the issue still continues (settings>facebook>delete account).
