got no sound coming from my mini ipad yet volume is on max?

i also having the same issue no volume control sound from the buttons apple do some thing

(A) Reset iPad

Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears

Note: Data will not be affected.

(B) Make sure sound is not muted.
