Icloud restore

Hi I have today bought a new iphone5 , as I lost mine on the weekend . When I started the setup on my new phone today ,i was not in a wifi area so I could not choose the restore from icloud option . Instead i had to choose the new iphone setup option . As I still wont be in a wifi area until tommow it is not givin me the option to restore , it is just showing me my last back up. Will the option for a full restore be available once I am in a wifi area ? and how will i do this ? and will it restore all my apps? Thankyou

Welcome to the Apple Community.

You'll need to restore again.

Navigate to Settings > General > Reset > Erase all contents and settings on the device you want to restore.

When this completes and the Set-Up Assistant starts, choose "Restore from iCloud Backup" and enter your iCloud account and password. You will see the three most recent backups for each of the devices on which you enabled Backup. Choose which backup to restore from.
