I set up an itouch and iPhone but can't set up another itouch. I have signed into my iCloud and still nothing shows.

Did you turn iCloud syncing on for your data (contacts, calendars, etc.) in Settings>iCloud?
Also, I have asked the hosts to edit out your email address. Responses here are automatically sent to your email address so you don't need to post your personal email on a public forum like this.
How do you add a device once you have set up weeks before?
