how to share match with two different phones

My wife and I have two different phones with two different apple IDs. We use the same Windows computer and she has subscribed to Match using her apple ID. Q1- Do I also have to pay for match to play the songs from our comuter? Q2- if not then how to i get to Match since each time i click it in settings it says i am not subscribed?
