Only works one way?!

Apologies in advance if this is a duplicate! Added my wife to Find My Friends and she shows up as "Location Not Available" every time. However, she can see me and where we both are. I have checked all her settings (location services, hide my location, etc.) and found no problem. Deleted and added her again with the same results. What the heck is going on?!?! Thanks!
