I still use mobileme.com and recieved the same popup. Then popup said that my user name/password is invalid!
And, no, i cannot access my account at website either.
.......interestingly enough, all this happened right after I attempted to e-mail a photo from iPhoto using iCloud.

Mobile Me was withdrawn some time ago, did you upgrade your account to an iCloud account at that time.
