how do you find ur password in a encrypted backup on my computer?

I updated my 32GS iphone and i could not turn off the encryption thing so i just let in backup and update.

now i cannot recover any of my pics or contacts or anything... HELP

iPhone 3GS, iOS 3.0, updated to iOS6.whatever

I don't think that's possible. If it were it would defeat the reason for encrypting your backup in the first place.
