blue screen verticle lines

My Iphone 4 has blue screen with blue and white verticle lines. I still receive calls and other alerts, just can't see the display on screen. I opened phone and tried reconnecting the LCD Digitizer but it still gave same problem when I put it back together. I'm aware that I cant restore or reboot. I have tools to fix myself, just need to know if its LCD digitizer or something else that needs replaced. Dont want to spend 200 dollars on something I'm completely capable of doing. I've seen that this is a common problem but I havent been able to locate the replacement. Is there anyone who can help me please?
