iPhone 4s wifi greyed out & batt draining fast after updating iOS

Can somebody help me what to do and/or where to bring my iPhone 4s for repair/replacement? After updating to current iOS wifi has been greyed out for over a month now and what's worse batt is draining fast even if phone left idle. Already tried everything: all types of resets, restores, flashlight trick, hair dryer trick, but none worked. Unit was purchased in USA only last May 2012, but there are no Genius Bar nor any Apple Stores here in Manila, Philippines to go to. Any advice will be highly appreciated. Thanks!
