Unable to delete songs from iphone 5

After downloading 2 songs from Itunes on my computer, I now have 2 copies of each song on my iphone 5. One copy is like every other song and the other copy looks like a hidden file or ghost file that I can not do anything with. Even if I delete my entire library from my iphone 5 these 2 ghost files remain. How can I delete these 2 files from my music file on my iphone
