Q: G4 MDD; some apps not launching, Followed recomendations, no good

G4 MDD; some apps not launching, Followed recomendations, no good, new install OSX 10.4.11 (updates) tried reinstall - no diff. all worked on old HD, same versions. Most will bounce a few times, no more, done disk permisissions (startup from CD and 2nd HD)

G4 MDD, Dual 1.25ghz , 2g ram 4 HDs
