How do I download media files from my PC to my I pad?
I want to download media files(music ,movies) from my computer to my I pad ?

You can do it via your computer's iTunes - if you don't have iTunes on your computer then you can download it from here : http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
If you have iTunes 11 installed on your computer then you can enable the left-hand sidebar on it via option-command-S on a Mac, control-S on a PC. You can then sync content from your iTunes library by connecting the iPad to it and selecting it on that left-hand sidebar, and then using the tabs on the right-hand side to sync music to the iPad's Music app and films and tv programs to the Videos app. If you don't have your music and videos in iTunes and they're in a supported format then you should be able to add them via File > Add To Library
