Bought an iphone in Thailand that needs repairs, where do I go to exchange it
Hi -
I purchased a 4S iPhone in Thailand about three weeks ago while I was on vacation there. Three days later while I was already away from Thailand a pixel on the left side of the screen busted and a horizontal line is now across my screen.
On my way back from Thailand had enough time to stop by the Apple store in Hong Kong and the tech support team there told me that only an Apple store in Thailand can help me replace or fix my phone at possible no charge.
I called the apple retail store in Bangkok and the sales person told me I only had 15 days to return the phone to him for a possible exchange.
I live in China and I am not planning on traveling to Thailand just for the phone.
What are my options to have the screen either replace or fix?
