I restored my iphone using this method,... a few times!!! But still wont activate,... via wifi or itunes,...😕 And my phone hasn't been modified,...it was just unlocked from one carrier to another!??

If it was not Officially unlocked by the Original Carrier then it was Hacked / Modified = Jailbroken.
That is why you cannot activate it.
